Welcome to our 1000 sq ft studio located in the quiet live/work community of Ashby Mews, five minutes from Brockley Station in South East London. We're an open-access print studio & dye lab for artists, designers and textile practitioners working in fashion, film and TV.  Explore our workshops and our print & dye services.

Print & Dye Services

Screen Print

From meterage to t-shirts and everything in between, our screen print service works with you from colour matching, fabric sourcing to sampling and production.

Dye

Colour matching, testing and dyeing
10+ meters fabric lengths. This service can be used for sampling through to  production depending on the project.

Digital Artworking

We ensure your artwork is colour separated and repeats are flawless before screen printing. This lets you focus on your vision without technical distractions.

Workshops

Beker Studio offers "Screen Printing for Beginners"

This is a one-day course, providing guidance on screen exposure and printing on fabric and paper surfaces.

  • Strip and coat two silk-screens to use for the day.

  • Create your own compositions with mark making and simple shapes.

  • Draw your own illustrations including colour registration.

  • Develop your own colour palette with a range of pigments and binders.

 

This course covers many of the practical elements applicable to most printing projects and with plenty of time to experiment, making it great value for money!

  • All printing surfaces and materials provided. However, you’re welcome to bring your own.
